| How do I change site language? |
| Trivially, click on the language located either on the sidebar menu or on the main page. If you want to use the site with one language permanently, go to your settings page by using the link located on the sidebar menu, choose your language and save it. Next time you open our website it will be displayed in the language saved in your settings. |
| How do I change searched country? |
| Trivially, click on the flag located in the top menu and click on the country flag you want. If you want to keep your choice permanent, go to your settings page by using the link located on the sidebar menu, choose the country and save it. |
| How do I search for an ad? |
| Trivially, choose a city, then choose sub city and click on “Search Now” button. Or, click on Advanced Search, check and fill the criteria you want to add to your search and click on “Search Now” button. |
| How do I use advanced search? |
| Click on “Advanced Search” button located on the sidebar menu. A top menu will appear, from where you can check and fill the criteria you want to add to your search and click on “Search Now” button. |
| How the results of my search are listed? |
| The default order is by date. If you click on the heading of each category the results are listed according to that category. |
| How do I track and trace? |
| When you perform a search, you can see a magnifier icon on top of the page, if you click on the icon your search will be saved. In this case whenever a new ad is added if it matches your criteria we will send an e-mail to you, so you do not need to do the search again. |
| How do I send messages? |
| Only members can send messages. Go to the portfolio page of the user that you want to send a message to and click on the “Send Message” link, alternatively, you can also send him message from any of her ads. |
| How do I receive messages? |
| Only members can receive messages. Go to your “Mail Box” by using the link located on the sidebar menu and click on the message you want to read. To see how many messages you have, check your statistics. |
| How do I change my portfolio? |
| Go to your “Additional Details” by using the link located on the sidebar menu and change the details you want. If you want to add a logo, go to your portfolio page and hover your mouse on the default logo on the right. Then, click the “Profile Picture-Logo” button and upload the file from the popup window. |
| What is the purpose of “Glossary” and how do I use it? |
| “Glossary” is a library constituted by our users. The purpose is to inform our users about the real estate terms. Members can add any information about any term and all the users can reach this information. |
| How do I use feedback? |
| Click on the “bell icon” located both on the sidebar menu and top menu and write us a message. This function knows which page of the site you are displaying and the web browser you are using and gives us the opportunity to either fix or optimize it. Your feedbacks hold great importance for us. |

| How do I submit new advertisements? |
| Only members can submit new advertisements. After you login to our system, click on the “New Posting” link and fill in the form with the related information. |
| How do I upload the main picture for my ad? |
| By using sidebar menu, go to your portfolio and then hover your mouse on the related advertisement. A menu will appear where you should click on “Main Picture” link. You can upload the file from the popup window. |
| How do I upload/embed a video for my advertisement? |
| By using sidebar menu, go to your portfolio and then hover your mouse on the related advertisement. A menu will appear where you should click on “Main Picture” link. In the popup page, on the right top there is an “Add Video” link. By clicking this link, you will have the chance to either upload a video or giving a link to a video already uploaded to internet. |
| How do I print Brochures? |
| Click on “Print” link while you are displaying your advertisement. Print the popup window by using the browser option. If you want a logo on your prints, you can add a logo from your portfolio page. |
| How do I add “Additional Details” for my advertisement? |
| By using sidebar menu, go to your portfolio and then hover your mouse on the related advertisement. A menu will appear where you should click on “Additional Information” link. In the popup page, check and choose the additional information. Moreover, you can add related photos for your additional information from this page. |
| How do I add “Extra Pictures” for my advertisement? |
| By using sidebar menu, go to your portfolio and then hover your mouse on the related advertisement. A menu will appear where you should click on “Extra Pictures” link. A popup page will appear where you can upload new pictures. If you want to add more pictures use “Additional Details”. |
| How do I change “Main Information” of my advertisement? |
| By using sidebar menu, go to your portfolio and then hover your mouse on the related advertisement. A menu will appear where you should click on “Main Information” link. A popup page will appear where you can change your information. After changing, click on the “Save” button. |
| How do I show my advertisement on the map? |
| First, get the coordinates of your real estate from an online map. Then, by using sidebar menu, go to your portfolio and then hover your mouse on the related advertisement. A menu will appear where you should click on “Main Information” link. A popup page will appear, enter the coordinate information you acquired in the “online map address” box. |
| How do I see the number of people that viewed my advertisement? |
| By using sidebar menu, go to your statistics. Here, you can see the number of people that viewed your advertisement for each advertisement you have. Here you can clear your statistics. |
| How to Track & Trace |
| Only members can Track and Trace. When a new ad is registered, the system checks if the posting matches your criteria or not. The system will send you an email notification if the posting matches your criteria. For track and trace to be enabled, you need to specify at least: City, District, Operation (such as rent or sell) and Property Type. Track and trace is accessed from the blue magnifier on top of your search results (if not possible, a gray icon will appear instead). Alternatively, you can go to your statistics page and track and trace on of your previous searches. |
